Hello,
I didn't have any problems, all is working, but in the German language
there are some letters (special characters: ä , ö, ü and ß) that are
used in the command line.

Example (Command):
Geben Sie ¯svn help® f?r weitere Hilfe ein.
------------------
But it should be:
Geben Sie »svn help« für weitere Hilfe ein.

Would be nice if you could change this.

It looks correct here:

% LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 svn
Geben Sie »svn help« für weitere Hilfe ein.

The Subject line says the problem occurs on Windows; it looks like your test was on *nix.

Jens, whose build of SVN are you using?

The problem looks like a codepage issue. What if you first run "chcp 1252"?
