I expected much the same answer when I saw this question. I'd like to ask some more easily answerable questions though. Is the release status at http://subversion.apache.org/roadmap#release-status current? I have checked this on occasion and not noticed any obvious changes for a long time. I noticed that, at the top of that page, it still says "Q1 2011" for release. Also, what about the branch? Has the "Branch 1.7.x" been created yet? I definitely understand about software slipping. Even so, those of us anxiously waiting for the next release would much appreciate knowing what the current status is. --Todd Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail.
