That is correct.

But the question was about Subversion EDGE (a webgui created by CollabNet)
which is distributed under the AGPLv3. Subversion itself is distributed under
the Apache 2.0 licence.

But this shouldn't be a problem. I'm not aware of any free or open source
software licence that puts restrictions on the input and output of the software.
Maybe the AGPL has changed this (I haven't checked), but I highly doubt it.
Its purpose isn't to add that particular limitation.
