My webhosting service installed SVN on my account (for my domain). They won't
enable the Apache module, so have to fire off svnserve -d, which is fine for my
purposes. At any rate, I've created a repository, and believe I've configured
all of the passwd authz and svnserve.conf files appropriately (according to the
instructions), but I still get an authorization fail when I connect. I did try
to define an additional user in the passwd file that is the account (username
and password) I use to ssh into the server, but that didn't help.

Googling hasn't yielded any fruit for me yet, so I'd appreciate any ideas on
where to go next.
