this is probably not a SOGo problem.

What you see is reported over at mailops[1] quite often.

I checked the IP you provided with a free service[2] and there 
are no blocks shown.

So, to put it bluntly: you are another victim of the oligopoly[3].

What to do? 
Unfortunately, the list archive of [email protected] is restricted to
subscribers. And the archive is not searchable. 
I found a couple of threads in my own archive. An example answer:

You’re going to have to file a ticket, and they’re really the only folks
who can assist.
But that s typically an indication that there’s something going weird on
your network.

And trying to obfuscate it with IP.AD.DR.ES doesn’t help in figuring out
what’s going on.
