What you see is reported over at mailops[1] quite often. I checked the IP you provided with a free service[2] and there are no blocks shown. So, to put it bluntly: you are another victim of the oligopoly[3]. What to do? Unfortunately, the list archive of [email protected] is restricted to subscribers. And the archive is not searchable. I found a couple of threads in my own archive.
