Hi Thomas, set "SOGoEASDebugEnabled = YES" and check the response to the FolderSync-requests sogo.log after configuring a new a account on your mobile device.
If SOGoMaximumSyncWindowSize is defined in sogo.conf remove it and test again. Checking the output of "sogo-tool manage-eas listfolders UserA <DeviceID>" might help to better understand be problem.
