I assume you mean ^[[[200~ copied text ~ appears in your paste contents.
I have seen this quite often. The only way to fix it is to reset the
terminal...
Recently, all sorts of copy-paste problems that were never seen before
arise.
The last one I encountered is the disappearing of copy with double-click
(in terminal or vim windows).
This randomly appears or disappears after suspend / resume cycles.
