In the "General" page of the Firefox settings, check "Fonts" part. I
don't know a quick, easy way to know if a specific font supports
Chinese. But I see that some font names end with "CJK SC", which
suggests to me that it supports simplified Chinese. Some end with "CJK
TC", which suggest to me that it supports traditional Chinese.
