I'm running GNOME. But, that got me thinking that maybe my keyboard
actually is acting up. I have a Corsair K95 RGB keyboard.

I did a quick search and found a reset function for the keyboard. I ran
that and of course, the Super/Windows keys started working again.

I wish I'd thought of that first instead of blaming GNOME's key
bindings having gone haywire.
