The Nvidia kernel module is not loading and you have many of these messages in 
dmesg:
"Loading of module with unavailable key is rejected"

That most likely means you didn't properly sign the Nvidia (and possibly
other 3rd party) kernel modules for use with SecureBoot.

Please make sure you sign the modules and have the key  enrolled in your
BIOS/EFI.
