I am experiencing this bug on Kubuntu 12.04 64bit with the 3.2.0-36 kernel. I have a Lenovo X230 with integrated Intel graphics. I dont see any patterns in the occurrences of this bug, it happens from time to time. Let me know if I can help with any information! This is very frustrating :(
