I share the feelings with #188. It feels like something gone bad with Canonical bug support. The Importance = Undecided, Status = Fix Released and it is not assigned to anyone. Looks like the support, developers, managers - everyone is on vacation. No response, no word of encouragement, no update on the progress. No fix either.
At least somebody from Canonical could give us a hint on what the problem is, if we should hope for a fix and (at least roughly) when the fix is expected.
