Ive been having problems with my geforce 7025 since moving up from 9.04. FFirst if was with compiz hogging cpu and super slow graphics response. Now I the white screen of display death. Id like to know if there are ANY wokring installs of ubunty 11.04 with an nvidia driver that are working correctly. This looks like a major showstopper to me. Im reinstalling 10.4 to see if I can find a work around for the compiz issue. Ubuntu has been so drop dead reliable for so long Ive gotten spoiled. Not sure what happened to them but looks like Ill have to try a different distribution.
