The mouse is part of a keyboard/mouse combo purchased several years ago locally. Unfortunately, the model number has long worn off the mouse, but it appears to be an M-RR95. A search on Logitech's web page turns up no details. The receiver has both a USB connector and a PS/2 connector (labeled mouse) hard-wired, so I tried it both ways.
