I tested 2.6.27-2 - It's gone! Standby works perfectly. But I would appreciate a fix in 2.6.24-21... ;) I haven't tested much jet, but the broadcom LAN and Intel 3945AGB WLAN and the ADI SoundMax Audio are working, as well as the GMA X3100. X3100 has a huge boost in speed with .27, btw.
