@Brian: of course, I can do that! But seems I've same Horatiu's bug. Moreover I just had same problem with vlc too. I start up ubuntu, I launched only vlc and system freezed (I was able just to move the cursor with mouse but mouse buttons and keyb was off!). I had to off my notebook pressing the off physical button! Like totem!
I add my new syslog (not syslog.0 because last line of this file end before this problem!) What do you think about the problem? What is the cause? What is gvfs-fuse? Why you told me about this package?
