I have followed the steps from the link and can confirm that with a new profile the bug seems to be gone. I also tested switching profiles between the new and old one multiple times to verify that the behavior remained constant.
Also, since I previously thought this was fixed, but then had problems after a reboot I tried that again as well. After the reboot, now neither profile has any problem with the menu. I have no idea why that would actually change anything though. Either way, I think for now it is safe to call this one an extension issue. If I am able to reproduce the problem with a clean profile I will add to this bug at that time. For the purpose of documenting it, here are the extensions I have installed: Adblock Plus 0.7.55 Download Statusbar 0.9.6.3 Gmail Notifier 0.6.3.6 Google Gears 0.3.24.3 Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.5 Web Developer 1.1.6 On Tue, Jul 29, 2008 at 5:06 PM, John Vivirito <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Craig wrote: >> Actually, I hate to say it but it doesn't seem to help me anymore >> either.
