In Hardy the Storage (and Multimedia) tabs are no longer available in the "Removable Drives and Media Preferences", and I have not been able to find an other dialog with the "Mount removable drives when hot-plugged" and "Mount removable media when inserted" options. However, the "noauto" lines in /etc/fstab are obeyed now. This bug can be closed.
