This looks similar to the _cause_ of my bug https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/236309 where I thought I entered pretty basic info, mount: /media/storage1 and get the error:
Cannot mount volume. Unable to mount the volume 'STORAGE1'. Details mount_point cannot contain the following characters: newline, G_DIR_SEPARATOR (usually /) [ OK ] I have reported this as a not very useful error message, but maybe my actual configuration problem is the same as this one. Is this then a bug? @artir: exactly what message do you get when you try to mount that volume? -- nautilus refuses to mount a partition after manually setting new mount point https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/218788 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
