Archive-admin, please sync regina-normal 4.5-1 from Debian/unstable.
The package was branched in hardy (see bug #175725) to allow the package
to be built with the default Python version in hh, 2.5. However, the
Debian/unstable version now builds with Python 2.5, so there is no
reason to uphold the delta.
