1. Boot proccess should not stop silentely without (!) error messages. (that is the main thing about this bug)
2. There are some situations when user has not full physical access. AFAIK recovery mode asks for root password. So any error (hw or sw) which leads to boot failure (and I think this kind of error should _not_ lead to boot failure) can not gain root without password promt.
