Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. If eth1 is in fact your Broadcom 4311 wlan device then you'll want that in your /etc/network/interfaces file similar to the other two devices in there. Additionally, Restricted Drivers Manager is now called Jockey and you can manually start it via 'jockey-gtk'. Please try looking at these couple of things and report back. Thanks in advance.
