Brian,

I've now put in 'eth1'. If I have the ethernet cable disconnected, then I don't
get any wireless connection. If I have it connected, then I get wired
connection through eth0. But Network Manager doesn't show eth1, so i can't
connect wirelessly. When I do sudo /etc/init/d/networking restart, I get:
eth1: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
There is already a pid file /var/run/dhclient.eth1.pid with pid 134519072

SIOCSIFADDR: No such device

Failed to bring up eth1.

Restricted Drivers Manager shows eth1 enabled but not in use.
