Fine, what you will do with this? I know audacity works when it's only audacity recording and playing with alsa drivers, but if you start another application to play music at the same time, sound on audacity crashes.
Do you know if there are some module for pulseaudio to take control of all alsa request or something like this? It happens with all applications that doesn't have support for esd, skype for example is exactly the same.
