I have added scim-m17n to the language-support-input-vi metapackage.
This should pull the packages in automatically when installing language-support
for Vietnamese.
However, we cannot choose a specific IM to be the 'default' when the scim
applet shows up. The user has to select the module he wants to use.
(Also, we would have the problem that two IMs (Telex and VNI) are used in VN,
so which one to choose?)
If m17n 1.4.0 is required for Hardy, we would need a Freeze Exception...

As m17n in Debian unstable is still at 1.3.x, I'm wondering why it hasn't been
updated yet. The latest available version 1.5.1.
I will ping the debian maintainer about it. Maybe there is a reason we don't
know of why it hasn't been packaged yet.
