To make "icons only" the *default* everywhere (even in GNOME with the system setting set to something else) 3. To make "icons only" the *default* in all non-GNOME environments, regardless of whether or not they have a similar system-wide setting 4. To make "icons only" the *default* in all environments that do NOT have a system-wide setting 5. Something else
