In the time it's taken me to download and test this with Hardy Alpha 4, Alpha 5 has come out! I'm going to try and test with Alpha 5 too but in the meantime...
The window manager loaded fine with Alpha 4 live CD. The title bars were displaying fine, and I enabled the Advanced Desktop Effects and wobbly windows worked fine too. The only thing that was slightly odd was that before I enabled the advanced desktop effects, with the default (basic) desktop effects, the title bar was blue and the font looked slightly large. As soon as I switched to the advanced version (enabling wobbly windows), the title bar went to the normal brown ubuntu theme.
