I don't know about others, but I would much rather have USB 2.0 working than 
suspend/resume. While suspend/resume is kinda cool, USB 2.0 is a necessity. 
There's a reason I buy USB 2.0 devices: USB 1.1 is simply far too slow. I 
need USB 2.0 to work. If that breaks suspend/resume, so be it.

USB is a standard part of most user's computing experience. Suspend/resume is 
something that only a small number of users will use. I think it would be 
much more logical to put Suspend/Resume as an OPTION, not as a the default 
configuration.
