Please expand the test plan:
a)
1. Install a base package and its HWE counterpart:
$ sudo apt install libvirt-daemon-log
$ sudo apt install libvirt-daemon-log-hwe
List all packages that must behave like this. The list includes qemu
packages too, right?
b) $ sudo apt purge libvirt-daemon-log
b1) confirm that there is a message saying that purge was skipped due to the
counterpart being detected
b2) confirm that in the output of "dpkg -l", the package that was before
showing as "rc", is not completely gone, i.e., as if the purge had worked.
