* New upstream release (LP: #1867935).
* debian/watch: modernize to uscan version 4
* debian/control:
- build against openwsman 2.8 (libopenwsman-dev >= 2.8.0)
- bump debhelper compat to 14, Standards-Version to 4.7.4
- add Vcs-* fields and debian/upstream/metadata
- add dh-sequence-single-binary to keep assumptions future-safe
- drop substvars as compat level 14 adds them automatically
* debian/rules: drop historical dh-make boilerplate
