The real bug is in `nvidia-kernel-common`: `framebuffer-nvidia` should not pull
firmware into the initrd for a GPU that is never a boot device.
So, I added back the nvidia-graphics-drivers-580 package.
We also need grub team to check if there is a better solution for the
issue, the initramfs image keeps increasing, we may encounter this issue
again.
