Add Hold/Release pattern.
The daemon watches the holder's bus name so a crashed client releases
automatically.
Daemon lives while at least one hold is active.
Ported to GApplication so its native hold count and inactivity timeout
replace the hand-rolled idle timer.
- Old clients see no behaviour change: they never hold, so the service still
lives ~60 s after activation when nobody holds it.
