Public bug reported:
The LLVM 22 transition changes clangd hover formatting by adding blank
lines between output sections. This causes vim-youcompleteme
autopkgtests to fail because they compare the output line by line,
although the substantive content is unchanged. A fix can just ignore
blank lines while continuing to verify the meaningful lines, preserving
compatibility with both LLVM 21 and LLVM 22.
