copilot thinks it's due to the openssl transition
> interimap's own test suite ( tests/tls-protocols/t ) needs updating to
tolerate/skip forcing SSLv3 (and possibly TLSv1/1.1) when the underlying
OpenSSL build no longer supports those protocol constants at all,
rather than treating the API call failure as a test error. Worth
filing/checking upstream interimap for OpenSSL 4.0 compat, similar to
what libnet-ssleay-perl did.
