Public bug reported:

The tests are currently failing which is blocking libdbd-mysql-perl which is
part of the perl migration
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/dbconfig-common/stonking/amd64

Copilot analysis of the issue

> the failure is triggered by the version currently sitting in
> stonking-proposed:  mysql-server 9.7.2-4  (same as Debian unstable — this is
> a straight sync). ┃
Checked the Debian file lists for both  mysql-server  and  mysql-server-core
 (9.7.2-4): neither ships  /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/mysql_native_password.so
anymore — it's been dropped ┃
upstream. Yet the account created during the test still ends up needing that
plugin (the DBI connect as the new app user fails with the "cannot be loaded"
error)

** Affects: dbconfig-common (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
