Hm. This is not moving onto the 2.1.x stable stream, it's moving onto
`latest/stable`. Is that right? That's going to permanently prevent
publishing anything in the `latest/stable` branch that's not appropriate
to publish to Resolute stable users; is this something you want to
commit to?
Also, I don't think this is going to migrate existing installs to the
new track? `snap install --channel=$FOO` will not switch snap tracks on
an system that already has the snap installed.
