Public bug reported:

== SRU Justification ==

Impact:
Starting with 26.04/Resolute the DKMS modules which are part of the generic
kernel build were moved into a separate package. This has the advantage of
being able to do re-builds of those modules independently of the kernel build
while still being signed officially. This also reduce build time required for
the kernel.

Fix:
Change packaging to be in sync with the 26.04/Resolute generic kernel.

Testing:
Ensure that dependencies before and after ensure zfs and v4l2loopback modules
will be installed along the kernel. The standalone modules have to have at
least a way to opt into using them as before.

Regression potential:
Conversion might miss certain modules. Signing will change from kernel internal
signature to official module signing key.
