[Impact]
* Microsoft requested backport of patchset to address Azure VM freezes
when performing queue depth tuning with MANA under AI workloads,
particularly under memory-fragmentation conditions.
[Fix]
* Stonking/Resolute - clean cherry-pick of following patch from linux-next:
* 1da1a037bc60: "net: mana: Route ring-buffer access through offset-based
helpers"
* Stonking/Resolute/Noble/Jammy - straightforward backport of following patch
from linux-next:
* 23adfc77c22c: "net: mana: Fall back to scattered pages for GDMA queues"
[Test Plan]
* Compile tested
* Microsoft tested via test kernel
[Regression potential]
* Patches isolated to MANA specifically. Possibly regression could
result in unexpected behavior of MANA driver.
