Thanks for the bug report. Please try adding this kernel boot parameter:
i915.enable_psr=0

You can do that by editing /etc/default/grub and changing:

  GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""

to:

  GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="i915.enable_psr=0"

Then save the file, run:

  sudo update-grub

and reboot.
