Public bug reported:

Summary

The integrated webcam on a Dell Precision 5680 does not function on a
fresh Ubuntu 26.04 LTS installation.

The camera hardware is detected correctly by the kernel and libcamera,
but all applications show a black image. Streaming from the active
capture node fails with VIDIOC_STREAMON returned -1 (Broken pipe).

Hardware
Model: Dell Precision 5680
Camera sensor: OV02C10
Platform: Intel Raptor Lake IPU6
Ubuntu: 26.04 LTS
Kernel: 7.0.0-22-generic
Expected Result

The integrated webcam should stream video successfully and work in
applications such as Cheese, Firefox, Chromium, Teams, Zoom, and
libcamera applications.

Actual Result
Camera appears in /dev/video*
Camera is detected by libcamera
All applications show a black image
Streaming fails
