Alright, so the action I took that caused me to encounter the problem was a reboot; the behavior I expected was that my internal speakers would work fine; however, after said reboot, testing the internal speakers brings no sound, unplugging my external speakers brings no dice either, and it is only after making suspending it and turning it back on again does it work.
I’m not sure it’s wireplumber, and I do not wish for you to go on a wild goose chase; however, what I do know is that this is an audio stack issue, possibly involving PipeWire and/or wireplumber, where it is not initializing the device correctly on boot, but reinitializing correctly. I’m open to the possibility where I am wrong and it’s another component being weird. If I ran apport-collect 2154684 correctly, then the output should be attached to the report. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2154684 Title: Kubuntu 26.04 "Resolute Raccoon" Audio Issue To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pipewire/+bug/2154684/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
