Hi Arif, I will accept this for noble, but since UCA epoxy is also currently supported, please make a UCA epoxy merge request.
Since this is an openstack package, please also open two merge requests to ubuntu-openstack-dev/ubuntu/+source/cinder for both stable/2024.1 and stable/2025.1 with this exact debdiff.
