The only issues I can see there are the GNOME sessions being shut down
prematurely by systemd(?). And there are the expected error messages
about gnome-shell not being able to register with gdm, because lightdm
is used instead.
Whatever this issue is, it doesn't look like a crash and it appears to
be related to custom system modifications. I would suggest reinstalling
Ubuntu and not using lightdm.
