Hello, I am an owner of a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 Gen 10 AMD 16AKP10 (83HY) as well.
I face the exact same comportment from the machine. At no particular moment, it may be a few minutes after booting the computer, but can also be after hours of running, some key strokes may not register while typing. It doesn't affect a particular key. Any key can randomly drop. A reboot always resolves the issue, but it is always a question of time until the problem starts again. I have also observed that if I keep a key pressed in a search bar, a typing pattern appears. I have not calculated, but it may type 10 times the pressed letter in a row, in an expected manner, then stop typing for 1/5 of a second, type straight again for 5 letters, stop again for 1/5 of a second, type 10 letters in a row and repeat a full cycle. The pattern of key drop is consistent, and I can repeat it for exactly as long as I want. The pattern doesn't change at all, it is the same every time the problem occurs. I could count exactly how many letters are typed if needed when the issue presents itself again. It seems like the keyboard stops responding in a very regular way. I posted here because I face the exact same description as the described problem, BUT I must clearly state that I am running Windows 11 25H2 26200.8039 (problem occurs since I own the computer in October 2025), and I have never run Ubuntu or any Linux distribution on this machine. I have reset the machine a few times, installed dedicated Lenovo drivers, and still face the same issue. My point of view here is that the problem may be common between OS. I don't know much about how a keyboard works, and whether the issue here is hardware or software. I just want to help by sharing information, which I hope can be useful. Thank you for your time.
