** Description changed:
A change in Numpy is resulting in the following test failure:
```
E AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'ComplexWarning'
```
See the following build logs from a recent no-change rebuild:
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/852131423/buildlog_ubuntu-resolute-
amd64.python-cogent_2024.5.7a1+dfsg-3build1_BUILDING.txt.gz
- `cogent` is considered to be no longer maintained and is superseded by
- cogent3, so we probably need to patch this ourselves.
+ This is resolved in newer releases of cogent3 by nature of this test
+ file, but we're far past FF and upstream Debian hasn't packaged the
+ newer versions of cogent3 either, so we're probably better off just
+ patching this since its a very simple fix.
