To be honest, I've spent hours with Claude Code to try to resolve this issue. 
The analysis is coming from Claude. This theory was tested running a few Python 
scripts. If there's anything I can do to give more information, let me know!
We have multiple Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250 laptops, and they all show the same 
issue on a fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04 OEM, making the camera unusable.
