To be honest, I've spent hours with Claude Code to try to resolve this issue. The analysis is coming from Claude. This theory was tested running a few Python scripts. If there's anything I can do to give more information, let me know! We have multiple Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250 laptops, and they all show the same issue on a fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04 OEM, making the camera unusable.
