Hi Daniel, thanks so much for your reply, but, the package "libnvidia-egl-gbm1" is not installed currently on my Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. Yesterday, I removed the Ubuntu 25 version and I made a fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS. I report the current problem in details: my external monitor works, but the built-in screen not, it's totally black. The only way I found it to make the built-in screen to work is to add the parameter "nomodeset" to /etc/default/grub file. But I need of the external monitor, as well. For completeness, I report below the current situation of my video drivers: 1. Currently, the video driver installed is the nvidia-driver-535, installed through "sudo ubuntu-drivers autoinstall". 2. In order to make the external monitor to work, at least, I executed "sudo prime-select intel". Hence, now, only the integrated Intel vide card is working.
I'm desperate...
