Bug Description:
I’ve noticed that certain Polish-language streaming platforms are not
functioning correctly on Ubuntu-based browsers (specifically Firefox and
Chromium). A good example is <a href="https://strumyktv.watch/";>Strumyk TV</a>,
which offers Christian and family-oriented programming. When attempting to play
live streams or on-demand content, the video window either remains black or
displays a “media not supported” error.

Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox or Chromium on Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04.

Visit Strumyk TV.

Click on any live stream or video-on-demand content.

Expected result:
The video should load and play smoothly without errors.

Actual result:
In some cases, the video does not play at all.

In others, there’s a codec error or missing plugin warning.

No such issues occur when accessing the site via Windows or Android.

Additional information:
I’ve tested this on fresh Ubuntu installations.

Browser extensions were disabled.

The issue may relate to missing media codecs or DRM handling.

This affects usability for Polish-speaking Ubuntu users who rely on
platforms like Strumyk TV for family-safe content.

Would appreciate if someone could investigate whether this is a
browser/codec issue or a deeper problem with media support on Ubuntu.
