On the man-pages thing: no, sadly. But then *so* many things don't
bother with this these days.

I try and write the odd one here and there (I wrote the man-pages for
the old raspberry pi userland utilities) but there's only so much time
for that and these utilities probably won't see enough direct end-user
usage to justify the time spent (this package is largely just a stepping
stone to picamera2).
