I agree with Chris that if we provide those 2 (or all 4) libs for
consumption by dependencies, we should do it properly (or continue not
doing it at all). We should probably also talk to mjt (who's both QEMU's
upstream stable release manager, and Debian's QEMU maintainer) ;)
